Since it's release on Netflix in June 2025, this movie has had unprecedented success across both movie & music streaming.

Sales and popularity for the K-Pop Demon Hunters phenomenon are still continuing strongly into early 2026. With it's soundtrack dominating charts (Billboard 200, Global charts) months after the release, it is still breaking records for streaming & chart longevity and boosting related merchandise sales to record highs which shows sustained global interest.

Fans of K-Pop Demon Hunters can expect a significant franchise expansion with a confirmed sequel, new music and additional merchandise and brand collaborations in development. The sequel, currently planned for a 2029 release on Netflix, is part of a potential Trilogy.
