FAQs  Photography & Artwork Submissions

  • What if I have some artwork that I would like to be considered for licensing?                                                                                                                                 

    • As market leaders, with by far the largest poster distribution in Australia, we are always looking for the next 'big thing' or an image to complement our range - whether that image is a photograph, artwork, or graphic design.

    Impact welcomes any new artwork and ideas and are always looking to expand our range. We ask that you send a sample of the artwork by email to: licensing@impactmerch.com.au

    Please note: We are unable to return any samples sent to us & we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage.

    Your submission will be reviewed internally and feedback will be sent to you.

  • How are usage fees negotiated?

    • If we are interested in using your artwork we will either offer a flat usage fee or discuss a contract term. This may include an advance and a royalty % paid on the sales generated over the term of the agreement.

  • Can you print something for me?

    • We don't offer a printing service to third parties. We regret that we are unable to design or print artwork for you or your company. Local graphic designers and printers often work together and can point you in the direction if you need help.

  • What if I need clearance for the use of any of your products on a film set, TV, newspaper, or magazine?

    • You need to contact the licensing department by email or phone: +61 2 9481 7344 or licensing@impactmerch.com.au

    We cannot provide clearance for product being used for marketing or reproduction purposes.

  • What is the next stage?

    We will complete an Impact clearance form and fax it back to you.
